Read Surah Al-Lail

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

وَ الَّیْلِ اِذَا یَغْشٰیۙ۝۱

I CALL THE night to witness when it covers over,

وَ النَّهَارِ اِذَا تَجَلّٰیۙ۝۲

And the day when it shines in all its glory,

وَ مَا خَلَقَ الذَّكَرَ وَ الْاُنْثٰۤیۙ۝۳

And Him who created the male and female,

اِنَّ سَعْیَكُمْ لَشَتّٰیؕ۝۴

That your endeavour is for different ends.

فَاَمَّا مَنْ اَعْطٰی وَ اتَّقٰیۙ۝۵

Yet he who gives to others and has fear,

وَ صَدَّقَ بِالْحُسْنٰیۙ۝۶

And affirms goodness,

فَسَنُیَسِّرُهٗ لِلْیُسْرٰیؕ۝۷

We shall ease the way of fortune for him.

وَ اَمَّا مَنْۢ بَخِلَ وَ اسْتَغْنٰیۙ۝۸

But he who does not give and is unconcerned,

وَ كَذَّبَ بِالْحُسْنٰیۙ۝۹

And rejects goodness,

فَسَنُیَسِّرُهٗ لِلْعُسْرٰیؕ۝۱۰

For him We shall ease the way of adversity,
