اَرَءَیْتَ الَّذِیْ یُكَذِّبُ بِالدِّیْنِؕ۝۱

HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement?

فَذٰلِكَ الَّذِیْ یَدُعُّ الْیَتِیْمَۙ۝۲

It is he who pushes the orphan away,

وَ لَا یَحُضُّ عَلٰی طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِیْنِؕ۝۳

And does not induce others to feed the needy.

فَوَیْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّیْنَۙ۝۴

Woe to those who pray

الَّذِیْنَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُوْنَۙ۝۵

But who are oblivious of their moral duties,

الَّذِیْنَ هُمْ یُرَآءُوْنَۙ۝۶

Who dissimulate

وَ یَمْنَعُوْنَ الْمَاعُوْنَ۠۝۷

And withhold things of common use (from others).
