وَ لَا یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَ لَهُمْ نَصْرًا وَّ لَاۤ اَنْفُسَهُمْ یَنْصُرُوْنَ۝۱۹۲

Who can neither help them, nor help themselves?

وَ اِنْ تَدْعُوْهُمْ اِلَی الْهُدٰی لَا یَتَّبِعُوْكُمْ ؕ سَوَآءٌ عَلَیْكُمْ اَدَعَوْتُمُوْهُمْ اَمْ اَنْتُمْ صَامِتُوْنَ۝۱۹۳

If you call them to guidance they will not follow you. It is all the same if you call them or hold your tongue.

اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ تَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ عِبَادٌ اَمْثَالُكُمْ فَادْعُوْهُمْ فَلْیَسْتَجِیْبَوْا لَكُمْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ صٰدِقِیْنَ۝۱۹۴

Those whom you invoke besides God are created beings like you. So call on them and let them answer your call, if what you say is true.

اَلَهُمْ اَرْجُلٌ یَّمْشُوْنَ بِهَاۤ ؗ اَمْ لَهُمْ اَیْدٍ یَّبْطِشُوْنَ بِهَاۤ ؗ اَمْ لَهُمْ اَعْیُنٌ یُّبْصِرُوْنَ بِهَاۤ ؗ اَمْ لَهُمْ اٰذَانٌ یَّسْمَعُوْنَ بِهَا ؕ قُلِ ادْعُوْا شُرَكَآءَكُمْ ثُمَّ كِیْدُوْنِ فَلَا تُنْظِرُوْنِ۝۱۹۵

Do they have feet to walk on, or hands to hold with, or eyes to see and ears to hear with? Say to them: "Call your compeers, and work out a plot against me, and do not give me time.

اِنَّ وَلِیِّ َۧ اللّٰهُ الَّذِیْ نَزَّلَ الْكِتٰبَ ۖؗ وَ هُوَ یَتَوَلَّی الصّٰلِحِیْنَ۝۱۹۶

My saviour is God who has revealed this Book; and He protects those who are upright;

وَ الَّذِیْنَ تَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِهٖ لَا یَسْتَطِیْعَوْنَ نَصْرَكُمْ وَ لَاۤ اَنْفُسَهُمْ یَنْصُرُوْنَ۝۱۹۷

While those you beseech apart from Him cannot help you or even help themselves.

وَ اِنْ تَدْعُوْهُمْ اِلَی الْهُدٰی لَا یَسْمَعُوْا ؕ وَ تَرٰىهُمْ یَنْظُرُوْنَ اِلَیْكَ وَ هُمْ لَا یُبْصِرُوْنَ۝۱۹۸

When you call upon them for guidance, they do not hear. When you think they are looking at you, (in fact) they cannot see."

خُذِ الْعَفْوَ وَ اْمُرْ بِالْعُرْفِ وَ اَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْجٰهِلِیْنَ۝۱۹۹

Cultivate tolerance, enjoin justice, and avoid the fools.

وَ اِمَّا یَنْزَغَنَّكَ مِنَ الشَّیْطٰنِ نَزْغٌ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللّٰهِ ؕ اِنَّهٗ سَمِیْعٌ عَلِیْمٌ۝۲۰۰

If you are instigated by the Devil to evil seek refuge in God, for God hears all and knows everything.

اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ اتَّقَوْا اِذَا مَسَّهُمْ طٰٓىِٕفٌ مِّنَ الشَّیْطٰنِ تَذَكَّرُوْا فَاِذَاهُمْ مُّبْصِرُوْنَۚ۝۲۰۱

Verily those who fear God think of Him when assailed by the instigations of Satan, and lo! they begin to understand,
