قُلْ اِنْ كَانَ لِلرَّحْمٰنِ وَلَدٌ ۖۗ فَاَنَا اَوَّلُ الْعٰبِدِیْنَ۝۸۱

Say: "If Ar-Rahman had a son I would have been the first of worshippers."

سُبْحٰنَ رَبِّ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ عَمَّا یَصِفُوْنَ۝۸۲

All too glorious is He, Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of all power, for what they ascribe to Him

فَذَرْهُمْ یَخُوْضُوْا وَ یَلْعَبُوْا حَتّٰی یُلٰقُوْا یَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِیْ یُوْعَدُوْنَ۝۸۳

Leave them to their vain discoursing and horse-play till they come to meet their promised day (of reckoning).

وَ هُوَ الَّذِیْ فِی السَّمَآءِ اِلٰهٌ وَّ فِی الْاَرْضِ اِلٰهٌ ؕ وَ هُوَ الْحَكِیْمُ الْعَلِیْمُ۝۸۴

He is God in heaven and God on earth, and He is all-wise and all-knowing.

وَ تَبٰرَكَ الَّذِیْ لَهٗ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ وَ مَا بَیْنَهُمَا ۚ وَ عِنْدَهٗ عِلْمُ السَّاعَةِ ۚ وَ اِلَیْهِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ۝۸۵

Blessed be He, who holds the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them. He alone has knowledge of the Hour, and to Him will you return.

وَ لَا یَمْلِكُ الَّذِیْنَ یَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِهِ الشَّفَاعَةَ اِلَّا مَنْ شَهِدَ بِالْحَقِّ وَ هُمْ یَعْلَمُوْنَ۝۸۶

Those they invoke apart from Him have no power of intercession, except those who testify to the truth and have knowledge.

وَ لَىِٕنْ سَاَلْتَهُمْ مَّنْ خَلَقَهُمْ لَیَقُوْلُنَّ اللّٰهُ فَاَنّٰی یُؤْفَكُوْنَۙ۝۸۷

If you ask them who created them, they will answer: "God." How then can they turn away?

وَ قِیْلِهٖ یٰرَبِّ اِنَّ هٰۤؤُلَآءِ قَوْمٌ لَّا یُؤْمِنُوْنَۘ۝۸۸

And (the Prophet) will say: "O Lord, these are certainly a people who do not believe."

فَاصْفَحْ عَنْهُمْ وَ قُلْ سَلٰمٌ ؕ فَسَوْفَ یَعْلَمُوْنَ۠۝۸۹

Turn away from them and say: "Peace." They will come to know soon.
