Read All Ahadith In The Book Of muslim

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: “The Messenger Of Allah (SAW) said: “Whoever comes to this House and does not utter any obscene speech or do any evil deed, will go back (sinless) as his mother bore him.””

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَبِى حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- « مَنْ أَتَى هَذَا الْبَيْتَ فَلَمْ يَرْفُثْ وَلَمْ يَفْسُقْ رَجَعَ كَمَا وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ ».

It was narrated from Usama bin Zaid bin Harithah that he said: “O Messenger Of Allah (SAW), will you stay in your house in Makkah?” He said: “Did Aqil leave us any house?”Aqil and Talib had inherited from Abu Talib, and Jafar and Ali did not inherit anything, because they were Muslims and Aqil and Talib were disbelievers.

حَدَّثَنِى أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ وَحَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ عَلِىَّ بْنَ حُسَيْنٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ حَارِثَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَتَنْزِلُ فِى دَارِكَ بِمَكَّةَ فَقَالَ « وَهَلْ تَرَكَ لَنَا عَقِيلٌ مِنْ رِبَاعٍ أَوْ دُورٍ ». وَكَانَ عَقِيلٌ وَرِثَ أَبَا طَالِبٍ هُوَ وَطَالِبٌ وَلَمْ يَرِثْهُ جَعْفَرٌ وَلاَ عَلِىٌّ شَيْئًا لأَنَّهُمَا كَانَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ وَكَانَ عَقِيلٌ وَطَالِبٌ كَافِرَيْنِ

Al-Ala bin Al Hadrami said: “The Messenger Of Allah(SAW) said: “The Muhajir may stay in Makkah, after completing his Hajj rituals, for three (days).””

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ يَقُولُ لِجُلَسَائِهِ مَا سَمِعْتُمْ فِى سُكْنَى مَكَّةَ فَقَالَ السَّائِبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ سَمِعْتُ الْعَلاَءَ - أَوْ قَالَ الْعَلاَءَ بْنَ الْحَضْرَمِىِّ - قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- « يُقِيمُ الْمُهَاجِرُ بِمَكَّةَ بَعْدَ قَضَاءِ نُسُكِهِ ثَلاَثًا ».

It was narrated that Ibn Abbas said: “The Messenger Of Allah (SAW) said on the Day of the Conquest of Makkah: “There is no Hijrah (emigration),but there is Jihad and intention. And if you are mobilized, then go forth. And he said on the Day of the Conquest of Makkah: “This land was made sacred by Allah the Day He created the heavens and the earth, so it is sacred by the sanctity decreed by Allah until the Day of Resurrection. It was not permitted for anyone before me to fight therein and it was only permitted to me for part of a day, and it is sacred by the sanctity decreed by Allah until the Day of Resurrection. Its thorns are not to be cut, and its game is not to be disturbed, and its lost property is not to be picked up, except by one who announces it, and its grasses are not to be cut.” Al-Abbas said: “O Messenger Of Allah (SAW) except Idhkhir (a kind of grass), for it is used by their blacksmiths and in their houses.” He said:” Except Idhkhir .””

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِىُّ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ « لاَ هِجْرَةَ وَلَكِنْ جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ وَإِذَا اسْتُنْفِرْتُمْ فَانْفِرُوا ». وَقَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ « إِنَّ هَذَا الْبَلَدَ حَرَّمَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ بِحُرْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَحِلَّ الْقِتَالُ فِيهِ لأَحَدٍ قَبْلِى وَلَمْ يَحِلَّ لِى إِلاَّ سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ بِحُرْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لاَ يُعْضَدُ شَوْكُهُ وَلاَ يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهُ وَلاَ يَلْتَقِطُ إِلاَّ مَنْ عَرَّفَهَا وَلاَ يُخْتَلَى خَلاَهَا ». فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ فَإِنَّهُ لِقَيْنِهِمْ وَلِبُيُوتِهِمْ. فَقَالَ « إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ ».

It was narrated from Abu Shuraih Al Adwai that he said to Amr bin Saeed-while he was sending troops to Makkah: “O commander, let me tell the people of something that The Messenger Of Allah (SAW) said on the day following the Conquest(Of Makkah), that my ears heard and my heart understood, and my eyes saw him as he said it. He praised and extolled Allah, then he said: “Makkah was declared sacred by Allah not by people. It is not permissible for any man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to shed blood therein or cut down its trees .If any one seeks a concession based on the fact that The Messenger Of Allah (SAW) fought therein, tell him that Allah granted permission to His Messenger (SAW) but He did not grant you permission. Rather I was given permission for part of one day, and today its sanctity has been restored as it was before. Let those who are present convey it to those who are absent.”” It was said to Abu Shuraih: “What did Amr say to you?” He said: “I know more about that than you, O Abu Shuraih. The sanctuary does not give protection to one who is disobedient, or to one who is fleeing after shedding blood, or one who is fleeing after committing a theft.”

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِى سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِى شُرَيْحٍ الْعَدَوِىِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِيدٍ وَهُوَ يَبْعَثُ الْبُعُوثَ إِلَى مَكَّةَ ائْذَنْ لِى أَيُّهَا الأَمِيرُ أُحَدِّثْكَ قَوْلاً قَامَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- الْغَدَ مِنْ يَوْمِ الْفَتْحِ سَمِعَتْهُ أُذُنَاىَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِى وَأَبْصَرَتْهُ عَيْنَاىَ حِينَ تَكَلَّمَ بِهِ أَنَّهُ حَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ « إِنَّ مَكَّةَ حَرَّمَهَا اللَّهُ وَلَمْ يُحَرِّمْهَا النَّاسُ فَلاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرِئٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَنْ يَسْفِكَ بِهَا دَمًا وَلاَ يَعْضِدَ بِهَا شَجَرَةً فَإِنْ أَحَدٌ تَرَخَّصَ بِقِتَالِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فِيهَا فَقُولُوا لَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَذِنَ لِرَسُولِهِ وَلَمْ يَأْذَنْ لَكُمْ وَإِنَّمَا أَذِنَ لِى فِيهَا سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ وَقَدْ عَادَتْ حُرْمَتُهَا الْيَوْمَ كَحُرْمَتِهَا بِالأَمْسِ وَلْيُبَلِّغِ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ ». فَقِيلَ لأَبِى شُرَيْحٍ مَا قَالَ لَكَ عَمْرٌو قَالَ أَنَا أَعْلَمُ بِذَلِكَ مِنْكَ يَا أَبَا شُرَيْحٍ إِنَّ الْحَرَمَ لاَ يُعِيذُ عَاصِيًا وَلاَ فَارًّا بِدَمٍ وَلاَ فَارًّا بِخَرْبَةٍ.

Abu Hurairah said: “When Allah enabled His Messenger to Conquer Makkah, He(SAW) stood before the people and praised and extolled Allah, then he said: “Allah held the elephant back from Makkah and He caused His Messenger and the believers to prevail over it. It was not permissible(to shed blood therein) for any one before me, and it was only made permissible to me for part of a day, and it will never be permissible for anyone after me. Its game is not to be disturbed, its thorns are not to be cut, and its lost property is not permissible for anyone(to be picked up) but the one who announces it. If a person is killed he (relative) has a choice: Either to be given the blood money or to have the killer killed in retaliation. ”Al-Abbas said: “Except Idhkhir, O Messenger Of Allah (SAW),for we use it in our graves and in our houses. “The Messenger Of Allah (SAW) said:” Except Idhkhir.”Abu Shah, a man from Yemen, stood up and said: “Write it for me, O Messenger Of Allah(SAW).”The Messenger Of Allah (SAW) said: “Write it for Abu Shah.””Al-Walid said: “I said to Al-Awazai:”What did he mean: “Write it for me, O Messenger Of Allah (SAW).””He said: “This speech that he heard from The Messenger Of Allah(SAW).” “

حَدَّثَنِى زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَعُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ جَمِيعًا عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ - قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ - حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِىُّ حَدَّثَنِى يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِى كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنِى أَبُو سَلَمَةَ - هُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ - حَدَّثَنِى أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ لَمَّا فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- مَكَّةَ قَامَ فِى النَّاسِ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ « إِنَّ اللَّهَ حَبَسَ عَنْ مَكَّةَ الْفِيلَ وَسَلَّطَ عَلَيْهَا رَسُولَهُ وَالْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَإِنَّهَا لَنْ تَحِلَّ لأَحَدٍ كَانَ قَبْلِى وَإِنَّهَا أُحِلَّتْ لِى سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ وَإِنَّهَا لَنْ تَحِلَّ لأَحَدٍ بَعْدِى فَلاَ يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهَا وَلاَ يُخْتَلَى شَوْكُهَا وَلاَ تَحِلُّ سَاقِطَتُهَا إِلاَّ لِمُنْشِدٍ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ لَهُ قَتِيلٌ فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ إِمَّا أَنْ يُفْدَى وَإِمَّا أَنْ يُقْتَلَ ». فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّا نَجْعَلُهُ فِى قُبُورِنَا وَبُيُوتِنَا. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- « إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ ». فَقَامَ أَبُو شَاهٍ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ اكْتُبُوا لِى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- « اكْتُبُوا لأَبِى شَاهٍ ». قَالَ الْوَلِيدُ فَقُلْتُ لِلأَوْزَاعِىِّ مَا قَوْلُهُ اكْتُبُوا لِى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ هَذِهِ الْخُطْبَةَ الَّتِى سَمِعَهَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم-.

Abu Hurairah said: “(The tribe of) Khuzaah killed a man from Banu Laith in the year when Makkah was conquered, in retaliation for one of their people whom they had killed. The Messenger Of Allah (SAW) was told about that, then he rode on his mount and addressed them saying: “Allah held the elephant back from Makkah, and He caused His Messengers and the believers to prevail over it. It was not permissible (to shed blood therein) for anyone before me and it is not permissible for anyone after me; It was only permitted to me for a part of a day. Now, at this very hour, it is sacred; Its trees are not to be cut down and its lost property is not to be picked up except by the one who announces it. Anyone whose (relative) has been killed has one of two choices: Either he may be given the Diyah or he may retaliate.” A man from Yemen, who was called Abu Shah, came to him and said: “Write it for me O Messenger Of Allah (SAW).”He said: “Write it for Abu Sahah.”A man of Quraish said: “Except Idhkhir, for we use it in our houses and in our graves.” The Messenger Of Allah(SAW) said:” Except Idhkhir.””

حَدَّثَنِى إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ شَيْبَانَ عَنْ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنِى أَبُو سَلَمَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ خُزَاعَةَ قَتَلُوا رَجُلاً مِنْ بَنِى لَيْثٍ عَامَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ بِقَتِيلٍ مِنْهُمْ قَتَلُوهُ فَأُخْبِرَ بِذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فَرَكِبَ رَاحِلَتَهُ فَخَطَبَ فَقَالَ « إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ حَبَسَ عَنْ مَكَّةَ الْفِيلَ وَسَلَّطَ عَلَيْهَا رَسُولَهُ وَالْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَلاَ وَإِنَّهَا لَمْ تَحِلَّ لأَحَدٍ قَبْلِى وَلَنْ تَحِلَّ لأَحَدٍ بَعْدِى أَلاَ وَإِنَّهَا أُحِلَّتْ لِى سَاعَةً مِنَ النَّهَارِ أَلاَ وَإِنَّهَا سَاعَتِى هَذِهِ حَرَامٌ لاَ يُخْبَطُ شَوْكُهَا وَلاَ يُعْضَدُ شَجَرُهَا وَلاَ يَلْتَقِطُ سَاقِطَتَهَا إِلاَّ مُنْشِدٌ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ لَهُ قَتِيلٌ فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ إِمَّا أَنْ يُعْطَى - يَعْنِى الدِّيَةَ - وَإِمَّا أَنْ يُقَادَ أَهْلُ الْقَتِيلِ ». قَالَ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يُقَالُ لَهُ أَبُو شَاهٍ فَقَالَ اكْتُبْ لِى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ. فَقَالَ « اكْتُبُوا لأَبِى شَاهٍ ». فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ فَإِنَّا نَجْعَلُهُ فِى بُيُوتِنَا وَقُبُورِنَا. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- « إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ ».

It was narrated from Yahya and this is his wording: “I said to Malik: “Did Ibn Shihab narrate to you from Anas bin Malik that the Prophet (SAW) entered Makkah in the Year of the Conquest with a helmet on his head, and when he took it off, a man came to him and said: “Ibn Khatal is clinging to the cover of the Kabah.” He said: “Kill him.”? [Malik] said: ”Yes.””

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِىُّ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَمَّا الْقَعْنَبِىُّ فَقَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ وَأَمَّا قُتَيْبَةُ فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ وَقَالَ يَحْيَى - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - قُلْتُ لِمَالِكٍ أَحَدَّثَكَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ وَعَلَى رَأْسِهِ مِغْفَرٌ فَلَمَّا نَزَعَهُ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ ابْنُ خَطَلٍ مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِأَسْتَارِ الْكَعْبَةِ. فَقَالَ « اقْتُلُوهُ ». فَقَالَ مَالِكٌ نَعَمْ.

It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah Al-Ansari that The Messenger Of Allah (SAW) entered Makkah- Qutaibah said: he entered on the Day of the Conquest of Makkah- wearing a black turban and not in Ihram.

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِىُّ وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الثَّقَفِىُّ قَالَ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ الدُّهْنِىُّ عَنْ أَبِى الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الأَنْصَارِىِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ - وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ دَخَلَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ - وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ بِغَيْرِ إِحْرَامٍ. وَفِى رِوَايَةِ قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ.

Jafar bin Amr bin Huraith narrated that his father said: “It is as if I can see The Messenger Of Allah (SAW) on the Minbar, wearing a black turban with its edged hanging between his shoulders.”(In his narration) Abu Bakr did not say: “On the Minbar.”

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِى شَيْبَةَ وَالْحَسَنُ الْحُلْوَانِىُّ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ مُسَاوِرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِى وَفِى رِوَايَةِ الْحُلْوَانِىِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَعْفَرَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كَأَنِّى أَنْظُرُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ قَدْ أَرْخَى طَرَفَيْهَا بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهِ. وَلَمْ يَقُلْ أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ.
