Read All Ahadith In The Book Of muslim

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: "The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) used to recite in the two Rak'ah of Fajr: "Say: "We believe in Allah and that which has been sent down to us." and the verse that is in Al 'Imran: "Come to a word that is just between us and you".

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِى شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الأَحْمَرُ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- يَقْرَأُ فِى رَكْعَتَىِ الْفَجْرِ (قُولُوا آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْنَا) وَالَّتِى فِى آلِ عِمْرَانَ ( تَعَالَوْا إِلَى كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ)

It was narrated that 'Amr bin Aws said: 'Anbasah bin Abi Sufyan told me, during his final illness, a Hadith that made him feel happy. He said: "I heard Umm Habibah say: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) say: 'Whoever prays twelve Rak'ah every day and night, a house will be built for him in Paradise because of them.' " Umm Habibah said: "I have not stopped doing them since I heard about them from the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w)." Anbasah said: "I have not stopped doing them since I heard about them from Umm Habibah.'' 'Amr bin Aws said: "I have not stopped doing them since I heard about them from 'Anbasah." Al-Nu'man bin Salim said: "I have not stopped doing them since I heard about them from 'Amr bin Aws."

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ - يَعْنِى سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ حَيَّانَ - عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِى هِنْدٍ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَوْسٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِى عَنْبَسَةُ بْنُ أَبِى سُفْيَانَ فِى مَرَضِهِ الَّذِى مَاتَ فِيهِ بِحَدِيثٍ يُتَسَارُّ إِلَيْهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ تَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- يَقُولُ « مَنْ صَلَّى اثْنَتَىْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً فِى يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ بُنِىَ لَهُ بِهِنَّ بَيْتٌ فِى الْجَنَّةِ ». قَالَتْ أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ فَمَا تَرَكْتُهُنَّ مُنْذُ سَمِعْتُهُنَّ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم-. وَقَالَ عَنْبَسَةُ فَمَا تَرَكْتُهُنَّ مُنْذُ سَمِعْتُهُنَّ مِنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ.وَقَالَ عَمْرُو بْنُ أَوْسٍ مَا تَرَكْتُهُنَّ مُنْذُ سَمِعْتُهُنَّ مِنْ عَنْبَسَةَ. وَقَالَ النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ مَا تَرَكْتُهُنَّ مُنْذُ سَمِعْتُهُنَّ مِنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَوْسٍ.

It was narrated from Umm Habibah, the wife of the Prophet (s.a.w), that she heard the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) say: "There is no Muslim slave who prays twelve Rak'ah to Allah each day, voluntarily, apart from the obligatory prayers, but Allah will build for him a house in Paradise - or a house will be built for him in Paradise." Umm Habibah said: "I did not stop praying them after that." 'Amr said: "I did not stop praying them after that. And An-Nu'man said something similar."

وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَوْسٍ عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ أَبِى سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِىِّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- يَقُولُ « مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ مُسْلِمٍ يُصَلِّى لِلَّهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ ثِنْتَىْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً تَطَوُّعًا غَيْرَ فَرِيضَةٍ إِلاَّ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِى الْجَنَّةِ أَوْ إِلاَّ بُنِىَ لَهُ بَيْتٌ فِى الْجَنَّةِ ». قَالَتْ أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ فَمَا بَرِحْتُ أُصَلِّيهِنَّ بَعْدُ. وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو مَا بَرِحْتُ أُصَلِّيهِنَّ بَعْدُ. وَقَالَ النُّعْمَانُ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ.

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: "I prayed two Rak'ah with the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) before Zuhr and two afterwards, two Rak'ah after Maghrib, two Rak'ah after 'Isha' and two Rak'ah after Jumu'ah. As for Maghrib, 'Isha' and Jumu'ah, I prayed with the Prophet (s.a.w) in his house."

وَحَدَّثَنِى زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَعُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى - وَهُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ - عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِى نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِى شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ سَجْدَتَيْنِ وَبَعْدَهَا سَجْدَتَيْنِ وَبَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ سَجْدَتَيْنِ وَبَعْدَ الْعِشَاءِ سَجْدَتَيْنِ وَبَعْدَ الْجُمُعَةِ سَجْدَتَيْنِ فَأَمَّا الْمَغْرِبُ وَالْعِشَاءُ وَالْجُمُعَةُ فَصَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِىِّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فِى بَيْتِهِ.

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Shaqiq said: "I asked 'Aishah about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w), and his voluntary prayers. She said: 'He used to pray four Rak'ah in my house before Zuhr, then he would go out and lead the people in prayer. Then he would come in and pray two Rak'ah. He would lead the people in praying Maghrib, then he would come in, and pray two Rak'ah. He would lead the people in praying 'Isha', then he would enter my house, and pray two Rak'ah. He would pray nine Rak'ah at night, including Witr, and he would pray for a long time at night standing, and a long time at night sitting. And if he recited while standing, he would bow and prostrate from a standing position. But if he recited while sitting, he would bow and prostrate from a sitting position. And when dawn broke he would pray two Rak'ah."

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ صَلاَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- عَنْ تَطَوُّعِهِ فَقَالَتْ كَانَ يُصَلِّى فِى بَيْتِى قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ أَرْبَعًا ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ فَيُصَلِّى بِالنَّاسِ ثُمَّ يَدْخُلُ فَيُصَلِّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَكَانَ يُصَلِّى بِالنَّاسِ الْمَغْرِبَ ثُمَّ يَدْخُلُ فَيُصَلِّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَيُصَلِّى بِالنَّاسِ الْعِشَاءَ وَيَدْخُلُ بَيْتِى فَيُصَلِّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَكَانَ يُصَلِّى مِنَ اللَّيْلِ تِسْعَ رَكَعَاتٍ فِيهِنَّ الْوِتْرُ وَكَانَ يُصَلِّى لَيْلاً طَوِيلاً قَائِمًا وَلَيْلاً طَوِيلاً قَاعِدًا وَكَانَ إِذَا قَرَأَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ رَكَعَ وَسَجَدَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ وَإِذَا قَرَأَ قَاعِدًا رَكَعَ وَسَجَدَ وَهُوَ قَاعِدٌ وَكَانَ إِذَا طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ.

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) used to pray for a long time at night. If he prayed standing, he would bow from a standing position, and if he prayed sitting, he would bow from a sitting position."

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ بُدَيْلٍ وَأَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- يُصَلِّى لَيْلاً طَوِيلاً فَإِذَا صَلَّى قَائِمًا رَكَعَ قَائِمًا وَإِذَا صَلَّى قَاعِدًا رَكَعَ قَاعِدًا.

It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) used to pray sitting, and he would recite while sitting, then when there were about thirty or forty verses left of his recitation, he would stand up and recite while standing. Then he would bow, then prostrate, then he would do likewise in the second Rak'ah.

وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ وَأَبِى النَّضْرِ عَنْ أَبِى سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- كَانَ يُصَلِّى جَالِسًا فَيَقْرَأُ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ فَإِذَا بَقِىَ مِنْ قِرَاءَتِهِ قَدْرُ مَا يَكُونُ ثَلاَثِينَ أَوْ أَرْبَعِينَ آيَةً قَامَ فَقَرَأَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ ثُمَّ يَفْعَلُ فِى الرَّكْعَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ.

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Shaqiq said: "I said to 'Aishah: 'Did the Prophet (s.a.w) pray while sitting?' She said: 'Yes after the people made him old."'

وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِىِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ هَلْ كَانَ النَّبِىُّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- يُصَلِّى وَهُوَ قَاعِدٌ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ بَعْدَ مَا حَطَمَهُ النَّاسُ.

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "When the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) grew old and heavy, most of his prayers were offered while sitting."

وَحَدَّثَنِى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ وَحَسَنٌ الْحُلْوَانِىُّ كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ زَيْدٍ قَالَ حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ حَدَّثَنِى الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ حَدَّثَنِى عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ لَمَّا بَدَّنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- وَثَقُلَ كَانَ أَكْثَرُ صَلاَتِهِ جَالِسًا.

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said: "I was told that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: 'A man's prayer offered sitting is half a prayer.' I came to him and found him praying sitting. I put my hand on his head and he said: 'What is the matter with you, O 'Abdullah bin 'Amr?' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I have been told that you said: A man's prayer offered sitting is half a prayer' but you are praying while sitting.' He said: 'Yes, but I am not like any one of you."'

وَحَدَّثَنِى زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ هِلاَلِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ عَنْ أَبِى يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ حُدِّثْتُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- قَالَ « صَلاَةُ الرَّجُلِ قَاعِدًا نِصْفُ الصَّلاَةِ ». قَالَ فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَوَجَدْتُهُ يُصَلِّى جَالِسًا فَوَضَعْتُ يَدِى عَلَى رَأْسِهِ فَقَالَ مَا لَكَ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو قُلْتُ حُدِّثْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَنَّكَ قُلْتَ « صَلاَةُ الرَّجُلِ قَاعِدًا عَلَى نِصْفِ الصَّلاَةِ ». وَأَنْتَ تُصَلِّى قَاعِدًا قَالَ « أَجَلْ وَلَكِنِّى لَسْتُ كَأَحَدٍ مِنْكُمْ ».
